Refund policy
This policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds work at Bundu. It is written in line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA). Nothing in it limits your rights under South African law.
Changed your mind? You have 7 days
Because you bought online, you may cancel your order without giving a reason and without penalty by telling us in writing within 7 days of receiving your goods. The only cost you carry is the direct cost of returning the goods to us.
To qualify, the goods must be in their original condition and packaging, and returned with everything that came in the box, for example the remote control, strap and cable.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
If a product is defective, unsafe or not as described, you may return it within 6 months of delivery and choose a repair, a replacement or a full refund, as provided in section 56 of the CPA. We pay the cost of returning faulty or damaged goods. Please tell us as soon as you notice the problem. If the parcel arrived damaged, please tell us within 48 hours and include photos of the parcel and the product.
How to return something

- We will reply within [2] business days with return instructions. Please do not post anything back before you have heard from us.
- Pack the goods securely in their original packaging and send them as instructed.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the price of the goods to the payment method you used. Refunds are made within 30 days of your cancellation or of us accepting your claim, and your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If the goods were faulty, damaged or the wrong item, we also refund the delivery fee.
Things we cannot take back
We cannot accept returns of goods that have been damaged through misuse or accident, or altered after delivery. This does not affect your rights where a product is defective.
Kits and add-ons
If you return a kit, please return everything that came with it. The Tent Hook is sold as an add-on to the Camping Fan and may be returned on its own under the same rules.
