Prices and payment

Using our products safely

  • The Bundu fan moves air. It does not cool the air in the way an air conditioner does.
  • It is designed for use in dry places. It is not waterproof, so keep it away from rain and water.
  • Always make sure the strap or hook you hang a product from is secure and that the surface can carry the weight, and check it before you leave a product hanging. Do not hang a product where it could fall on someone.
  • Battery life depends on the fan speed, the heat and the condition of the battery.
  • Follow the instructions that come with the product and charge it with the cable provided.

We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and photos may show scenes used to illustrate how a product is used. Product specifications may change.

Warranty and our liability

Your rights to goods of good quality, and to a repair, replacement or refund for defective goods, are set out in the Consumer Protection Act and explained in our Refund policy. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by using a product in a way it was not designed for.
